Asbestos Surveys
The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 came into force on 13th November 2006. This legislation updated the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations (CAWR) 2002.
An asbestos survey is required on all commercial properties in order to comply with the CAR 2006 regulations.
The HSE have recently released surveying guidance document HSG 264, which superceded MDHS 100.
All asbestos surveys are conducted by P402 / S301 trained surveyors with at least 10 years experience in the asbestos industry. All of our surveys are carried out in accordance with HSG 264 and asbestos samples are analysed by an independent UKAS accredited laboratory.
